Introduction
The Growing Change Project is a Community Benefit Society which aims to demonstrate a new way of working with families that is place-based and relationship focused. By placing ownership of the Rural Family Centre in community hands, we have an opportunity to work together on and alongside the land and to create a model for future rural economic and environmental regeneration.

The driving force behind our organisation is to celebrate our place and everything it has to offer. In so doing, we strive to be a meaningful part of our community – socially, economically and environmentally.
Since we started on this journey in 2021, we have regularly worked in partnership with our community to bring together the best knowledge and skills to propel the project forward towards its goals. We believe that working with local people and organisations, who have knowledge of and long-term interest in the land and communities surrounding our place, will enable us to realise our ambitious vision for the Growing Change Project.
